I ran this on set with two clients, same day, same lighting.
Hour 0: Beautiful. Rich color, clean edge. This is the moment you look in the mirror and think it's fine.
Hour 1: The wax starts to break down. The edge softens. Color begins creeping into the lines above the lip.
Hour 4: The center has worn away from eating and drinking. The edges are still there. That's the look nobody wants — color everywhere except where it's supposed to be.
And then you reapply. Onto a surface that already has broken-down product on it. It gets worse, not better.
